Staying at Micófogadó in Csepel Island was a mixed bag, to say the least. The highlight was definitely the welcome drink, which brought a pleasant vibe to my arrival - something always appreciated after a long journey, right? The free parking made it easy to explore Budapest, just a quick 10-minute drive to the city center. While the place could use a serious facelift, having a private bathroom in my triple room with a hot tub was a nice touch. It was great to kick back after a day of meetings. Oh, and if you're travelling with kids, this spot can accommodate little ones well, allowing up to three under six! it felt a bit like roughing it in a hodgepodge hotel, but it served its purpose for a few nights away from home.
